Choose your favorite pints of Fronana and we’ll ship them directly to your doorstep in two days or less! To place your order, visit our shop where you can choose one of our curated 4-packs of our banana-based ice cream alternative or mix and match any flavors to make your very own Fronanagram.

Fronana offers $14.95 flat-rate, 2-day shipping to anywhere in the continental United States.

At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally – but hang tight – we’re hoping to soon!

All orders are shipped in a recyclable foam cooler that is packed with enough dry ice to ensure your Fronana is frozen upon arrival and well into the evening on the delivery date. Upon opening, there may not be dry ice left in the cooler, but because of the very low temperature of dry ice, the pints should feel frozen to touch.

Please do not touch the dry ice with bare hands. Dry is cold, super cold, like 109 degrees below zero cold., and it will burn you if you touch it. It is frozen carbon dioxide and turns straight to gas as it “melts” (it’s called sublimation!). Because CO2 is an odorless gas, it can be undetectable. Dispose of the dry ice by letting it evaporate in a well vented area. Never dispose of dry ice in the sink, toilet, trash, garbage or other device. Do not store dry ice in freezer. Keep away from reach of children and household animals. 

All orders are shipped without the need of a signature upon deliveryWe know folks typically send Fronana as gift. While everyone loves as surprise. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is stored in a freezer upon delivery. Fronana is not responsible if customer is not available to properly store the product on the day of delivery, so please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery!

We will do our best to deliver on the date you selected during checkout. If the date changes for some reason you will be notified via email of your new delivery date. You will also receive updates on your order periodically including FedEx tracking information.


Shipping Fulfillment Schedule

Currently we ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed by 12 EST/EDT will be shipped that day.

Orders placed after 12EST/EDT will ship on the following fulfillment date. This means that orders placed after 12EST/EDT on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.


Changes to Your Order

If you need to make changes to your order, please Contact Us right away. The shipment of your order may be delayed with any change requests.

If the shipping address you provided needs to be changed, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes necessary. If your order has already shipped, additional fees may apply and delivery may be delayed.
